1. What Snag Pro Does

Snag Pro helps property buyers document defects in new-build homes, generate snagging reports, and understand their legal rights. All data is stored locally on your device.

2. Data We Collect

• Snagging data: Project names, room names, defect descriptions, and photographs you take within the app. Stored locally on your device.
• Photos: Photos you capture or import are stored locally and included in PDF reports you generate. They are never uploaded to our servers.
• Usage data: Anonymous feature usage events. No personal identifiers attached.
• Device data: iOS version, device model, app version — for crash reporting only.

3. Camera and Photo Library

Snag Pro requests access to your camera and photo library solely to allow you to photograph defects. Images are stored on your device only and are never transmitted to us.

4. Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your name, email, or contact details
• We do not upload your photos or documents to any server
• We do not sell your data
• We do not track your location

5. PDF Reports

Reports generated by Snag Pro are created and stored on your device. When you share a report, you control where it goes. We have no access to shared reports.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

All your data is on your device. You can delete it at any time by deleting the app. Email privacy@haloaiservices.com for any queries.

7. Children

Snag Pro is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
